Dr. Fred Soliman is board-certified family medicine physician with a fellowship training in sports medicine. Dr. Soliman has extensive experience treating high school and DI - DIII collegiate level athletes and he currently serves as a Team Physician for Ohio University.
 

His special interests include preventive care for families and active patients of all ages, and utilizing osteopathic manipulative treatments such as soft tissue techniques, muscle energy, and direct manipulation. These treatments help ease pain, promote healing, and increase overall mobility. Dr. Soliman is a family medicine physician with expertise in treating sports medicine conditions, including:

  • Concussion assessment and management (ImPACT® certified)
  • Overuse injuries, such as stress fractures
  • Sprains and strains
  • Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy

Dr. Soliman enjoys travel and has served on medical missions to Honduras and Nigeria. In his free time, he also enjoys hiking, biking, weight lifting, golf and tennis, and is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys cooking and grilling.
